Paying for your selected course
Personal face to face or Zoom bookings: payment should be made using a credit or debit card at the time of your booking.
An employer or third party for face to face or Zoom: an invoice will be raised immediately and payment is due within 30 days of issue. Purchase Order numbers should be quoted where possible on your application. When we have received the Purchase Order number we will send course confirmation.
Late payments will incur an additional 8% charge under the Late Payments of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
Please ensure you pay the correct fee as indicated on our invoices. An administration charge of £20.00 will be made to refund any overpayments.
Fee is inclusive of vat @ 20% and includes tuition, course materials, and a certificate of completion.
Booking your selected course

Face to face or Zoom sessions should be booked by using the link on the course page, which will then take you to Eventbrite. Once on the Eventbrite home page you will need to register to be able to purchase your course, payment will need to be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card.
E-learning course can be booked using the link on the course page, which will take you to Thinkific, where you will be able to sign up to your course and make payment via credit or debit card.
Email bookings will be accepted from Employers or Third Party. The email will need to include the purchase order number, the name and address of the person booking the course. We will also require the venue address and a list of the delegate names.
We will allow a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period after which the booking will be treated as confirmed.
We do NOT accept provisional bookings.

Cancellations or Amendments
​
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to bloodresultsmadeeasy@gmail.com Cancellations made 6 weeks prior will be liable to a £25 fee. Cancellations made within 5 weeks of the course date will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within four weeks of the course date will not be eligible for a refund. We will work with you to try to rearrange you training where possible.

Tax Charges
​
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added. We are pleased to accept enquiries for orders outside the UK. We will quote for these on an individual basis.
Course Times
​
Scheduled courses: Registration for most of our courses is at 09:15am for a 09:30am start. Most conclude at 14:30pm although this can vary.

Travel and accommodation
​
You are advised NOT to book travel tickets or accommodation until you have received written confirmation of the course venue, which will normally be 21 days before the scheduled dates. We will not reimburse these costs. You are advised to take out insurance to cover for any unplanned occurrences.

Changes by Blood Results Made Easy.
​
We reserve the right to cancel a course, change the venue, amend the dates and/or fees and course tutors at any time and without prior notice. We will aim to work with you to find an alternative solution.

Making A Purchase
​
Our prices are based on delivery anywhere in the UK. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our courses and click on the course you wish to attend, this will redirect you to our Eventbrite page any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order.

Price Increases
​
Although we update our website on a regular basis, publishers reserve the right to increase prices without prior notification. We will automatically notify you by email should the price of the product you have ordered increase.
All orders for products are subject to availability and Blood Results Made Easy reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.

Pricing Errors
​
Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on our website are correct, mistakes can sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive a reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.

Your concerns should be made to us within seven days of receipt of our service/goods.
We will endeavour to answer any concerns within seven days of receipt of your message.

Data Protection
​
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, Blood Results Made Easy does not pass on any of our customers details to ‘interested parties’. Customers have the opportunity to have their details deleted from our files at any time, upon request.
